This is the ideal replacement blade for my cuisinart food processor product cfp 4. I experienced a complicated time finding any person that could tell me where by to get a substitution following the authentic blade shaft disintegrated whilst chopping stale bread for crumbs. Update 11/25/2012: the blade is 6' across from tip of blade to suggestion of opposite blade. But 2 weeks in the past the shaft on the chopping blade broke. But we discovered this substitution blade and were a minimal skeptical that it would suit and get the job done.
